Cílem diplomové práce na téma Projekt řízení pohledávek pro budoucí rizika společnosti UNIMARCO a.s. je navrhnout zlepšení řízení pohledávek v této společnosti. V teoretické části jsou popsány teoretické poznatky týkající se pohledávek obecně, také řízení pohledávek, kde je dále zahrnuto evidence pohledávek, správa pohledávek, zajištění pohledávek a samotné vymáhání pohledávek. V praktické části je jak analytická část, kde je popsána společnost UNIMARCO a.s. a také její hospodaření v letech 2009, 2010, 2011, také analýza rizik společnosti a současného stavu pohledávek, tak také projekt řízení pohledávek, kde je charakterizována evidence pohledávek společnosti a správa pohledávek, vnitřní směrnice společnosti týkající se řízení pohledávek a také návrh řešení u tří pohledávek po splatnosti déle než 90 dní. |

The aim of this dissertation themed Project for Receivables Control of Future Risks of the Company UNIMARCO a.s. is to propose a better receivables control of this company. In the theoretical part are described theoretical findings regarding receivables in general as well as receivables control which includes receivables records, administration of receivables, ensuring and collection of receivables. The practical part comprises the analytical part that includes the description of the company UNIMARCO a.s. and its activities during the years 2009-2011, the analysis of the risks and the current state of company?s receivables, the project of receivables control with the description of the company?s receivables records and their administration, bylaw regarding receivables control and the proposal for the solution of three receivables past due more than 90 days. |
