Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku vyhledávání, výběru a příjmu zaměstnanců ve firmě Valatrans, a.s. V první části se zabývám teoretickými poznatky z oblasti personalistiky, které byly čerpány z odborné literatury. V druhé části je zanalyzována současná situace vyhledávání výběru a příjmu zaměstnanců ve společnosti. Na závěr této práce jsou navržena doporučení ke zlepšení stávajícího systému. |

In the first part, I am dealing with theoretical knowledge from the area of human resource management, about which I gained information from a professional literature. In conclusion of this thesis are proposed recommendations to improvement current situation. |
