Táto bakalárska práca sa zaoberá problematikou stanovenia kompetencií a zodpovednosti pre zamestnancov. Hlavným cieľom práce bolo na základe vykonaných analýz napísať návrh smernicu, ktorá definuje kompetencie a zodpovednosti pre zamestnancov firmy AGD PRINT s.r.o. Bakalárska práca je rozdelená na dve časti, teoretickú a praktickú. V teoretickej časti sú na základe literárnych prameňov spracované poznatky z oblastí kompetencií, delegovania zodpovednosti a spracovania smerníc. V praktickej časti bol spracovaný dotazník, analýza závislostí a analýza 7S. Údaje získané z týchto analýz sa stali podkladom pre vypracovanie návrhu smernice. |

This work deals with the determination of competencies and responsibilities of employees. The main objective of the study was based on analyzes carried out to write the draft of directive which defines competencies and responsibilities of the company employees AGD PRINT ltd. The thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part is based on the processed knowledge of literary sources of the areas of competence, delegetion of responsibilities and treatment of guidelines. In the practical part was prepared a questionnaire, dependency analysis and analysis of 7S. the data obtained from these analyzes became the basis for the drafting of the directive. |
