Cílem této bakalářské práce je vyhledat a popsat potenciální iritanty a alergeny v kosmetických přípravcích. Práce se zpočátku zabývá legislativním vymezením kosmetického přípravku, iritačním a alergenním účinkem z hlediska toxikologie. Hlavní část je pak zaměřena na jednotlivé složky kosmetického přípravku, jež mohou na kůži způsobit iritaci či alergickou reakci. |
