dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá systémem motivace zaměstnanců ve firmě Fremach Morava s.r.o.Cílem její teoretické části je zpracovat literární poznatky týkající se vývoje teorií motivace a současných trendů motivace práce a zaměstnaneckých výhod. V praktické části je zjišťována současná situace prostřednictvím dotazníkového šetření. Vyhodnocená data jsou pak dále analyzována k tomu, aby bylo zjištěno, jak v současné době firma motivuje své zaměstnance a jak přispívá k jejich pracovní spokojenosti. Na základě zjištěných informací jsou následně vypracovány návrhy a doporučení, které by firmě mohly pomoci a přispět tak k vyšší úrovni stávajícího systému motivace a pomoci zlepšit současnou nespokojenost zaměstnanců v problémových oblastech, což je výstupem této práce.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	This thesis deals with the system of employee motivation in the company Fremach Morava s.r.o. The aim of the theoretical part is to process literary knowledge concerning the development of the motivational theories, current trends in the working motivation, and employee benefits. The practical part describes their current situation through a questionnaire survey. The data was then evaluated to determine how the company motivates its employees in the present and how that contributes to their job satisfaction. Based on the obtained infor-mation proposals and recommendations were developed that could help the company con-tribute to higher levels of motivation as well as help improve current employee dissatisfac-tion in problem areas, which is the output of this thesis.	en
