Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na zhodnocení hospodaření obce Osíčko v letech 2010-2012 a navržení možných změn a opatření pro zlepšení finanční situace. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části, teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část vysvětluje pojmy obec, působnost obce, orgány obce, rozpočet, finanční analýza a její význam. Praktická část navazuje na část teoretickou. Nejprve charakterizuje obec Osíčko, poté na základě výkazů pro hodnocení plnění rozpočtu za roky 2010-2012 a dalších podkladů, je provedena analýza hospodaření obce Osíčko. Dále charakterizuje realizované projekty v období 2010?2012, SWOT analýzu obce a plánované projekty do budoucna. Na závěr uvádí doporučení pro další efektivní rozvoj obce. |

The aim of the thesis is to assess the financial situation of the municipality Osíčko in 2010-2012 and suggest possible changes and measures to improve the financial situation. The work is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part explains the concepts of municipality, the scope of municipalities, municipal authorities, budget, financial analysis and its significance. The practical part develops the theoretical part. First this section describes the village Osíčko, then based on the statements to assess implementation of the budget for the years 20102012 and other documents, the analysis of the municipality Osíčko is performed. Than characterizes the projects implemented in the period 2010-2012, SWOT analysis of the municipalities and planned projects in the future. In conclusion of my thesis is mentioned recommendations for more effective development of municipality. |
