Tato práce se zabývá měřením hydratačního potenciálu netradičních humektantů u připravených vzorků kosmetických emulzí. K měření hydratačních účinků byla použita korneometrická metoda v různých aplikačních režimech. Naměřené hydratační účinky kosmetických emulzí byly vzájemně porovnány. Dále byla měřena hodnota transepidermální ztráty vody a pH kožního povrchu po aplikaci těchto hydratačních látek. Výsledky prokázaly, že testované humektanty mají výrazný vliv na zachování přirozené bariérové funkce kůže. |

This work deals with the measurement of hydration potential of non-traditional humectants in cosmetic emulsions prepared samples. Korneometric method in different application modes was used to measure the effects of hydration. Measured moisturizing effects of cosmetic emulsions were compared. Furthermore, the measured value of transepidermal water loss and skin surface pH after application of moisturizing agents. The results showed that the tested humectants have a significant impact on preserving the natural barrier function of the skin. |
