V práci som sa zamerala na použitie keratínu, ako plniva do syntetických polymérov. Boli zvolené dva typy polymérov, a to lineárny a vetvený polyetylén, ktoré sa plnili 5 a 10 % keratínového hydrolyzátu. Pomocou diferenciálnej skenovacej kalorimetrie, termogravimetrickej analýzy, mikroskopickej analýzy, ťahových skúšok a určenia kryštalinity a röntgenu, sme získali interpretované výsledky, ktoré sú uvedené a zhodnotené nižšie. |

In my thesis I focused mainly on the use of keratin as a synthetic polymers. Two types of polymer were chosen - linear and branched. These were filled by 5 and 10% keratin hydrolysate. We received the interpreted results by means of differential scan calorimetry, thermogravimetric analysis, microscope analysis, tensile impact tests and crystallinity determination. The results are stated and evaluated below. |
