Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na vlastnosti a využití atypických rostlinných olejů. V práci je popsáno obecné složení tuků a olejů, technologie jejich výroby a pozornost je věnována především chemickému složení a vlastnostem minoritních olejů. Další část práce se soustřeďuje na využití těchto minoritních olejů v kosmetice, farmacii a potravinářství. Jsou rovněž uvedeny příklady kosmetických prostředků s obsahem studovaných olejů spolu s jejich hodnocením a stručnou charakteristikou. |

This bachelor work is focused on the characteristics and using of atypical vegetable oils. The work describes main composition of fats, oils and technology of oil production. Attention is mainly paid to the chemical composition and properties of the minority oils. The second part of the work is focused on the using of minority oils in cosmetics, pharmaceutical and food industries. The practical applications of studied vegetable oils in cosmetics are provided together with description of the selected products. |
