Cílem diplomové práce je analýza současného stavu a zpracování krizového plánu v souvislosti s předpokládaným ohrožením obyvatelstva. Teoretická část je věnována legislativnímu vymezení krizového řízení, institucionálnímu zakotvení Integrovaného záchranného systému a úloze veřejné správy. Pro lepší pochopení problematiky je zařazena kapitola popisující zdroje ohrožení v Jihomoravském kraji. V praktické části je rozebrán povodňový plán obce Žarošice a podněty ke zlepšení současného stavu. Jako reflexe bylo zpracováno také krátké dotazníkové šetření. |

The aim of diploma thesis is to analyze the current situation and processing of crisis plan in connection with expected threat to the population. The theoretical part is focused on legislative definition of crisis management, the institutional anchoring of the Integrated Rescue System and the role of public administration. For a better understanding of the issue, there is included a chapter describing sources of danger in South Moravian region. In the practical part there is an analysis of flood plan of village Žarošice and suggestions to improve the current situation. As a reflection were processed also a short questionnaire research. |
