Hlavním cílem diplomové práce je zhodnocení výsledků finanční kontroly a vypracování souboru doporučení pro výkon finanční kontroly formou metodického pokynu. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části, teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část obsahuje základní pojmy vztahující se k finanční kontrole neziskových organizací, legislativu upravující finanční kontrolu příspěvkových organizací. Praktická část je zaměřena na analýzu hospodaření příspěvkové organizace a na výkon finanční kontroly v této organizaci. V závěru práce je zhodnocen výkon finanční kontroly a vyhodnoceny rizika a je navržen soubor doporučení pro výkon finanční kontroly v této organizaci. |

The main aim of the dissertation is to appraise the results of the financial control and work out a set of recommendations for the performance of the financial control by form of the methodical instructions. The work is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part contains the basic concepts related to the financial control of the non-profit organizations, the legislation adjusting the financial control of the non-profit organi-zations. The practical part is focused on the analysis of the economic activities of the state-funded institution and on the performance of the financial control in the establishment. In the end of the dissertation is evaluated the performance of the financial control, evalua-ted risks and there is suggested a set of recommendations for the performance of the finan-cial control in the establishment. |
