dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce je zaměřená na využití strategického a operativního controllingu ve společnosti PWO UNITOOLS CZ, a.s. V teoretické části jsou zpracovány teoretické poznatky z oblasti controllingu, operativních a strategických nástrojů a jejich následné implementace. V praktické části je představena společnost a provedena její situační analýza. Na tuto část navazuje analýza využití operativního controllingu ve společnosti. Projektová část navazuje na část analytickou. Je zde vypracován projekt pro zlepšení současné finanční situace podniku.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The achievement of this Master's thesis is utilization of a strategic and operative controlling in a company PWO UNITOOLS CZ, a.s. In the theoretical part the theory on some of the controlling, operative and strategic tools and their subsequent implementation is compiled. In the practical part the company is introduced and its situational analysis is performed. This part is followed by an analysis of utilization of an operative controlling in the company. The project part follows after the analytic one. Here, a project on an improvement of a current financial company situation is worked out.	en
