Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou účetní uzávěrky a závěrky ve společnosti XYZ, a.s. Cílem teoretické části je seznámení s problematikou účetní uzávěrky a závěrky. V rámci účetní uzávěrky jsou nejdříve popsány přípravné práce, které vedou ke zjištění výsledku hospodaření a následně k uzavření účetních knih. Kapitola o účetní závěrce je zaměřena především na popis a význam nejdůležitějších účetních výkazů jako je rozvaha, výkaz zisku a ztráty, příloha, přehled o změnách vlastního kapitálu a výkaz o peněžních tocích. Cílem praktické části je analyzovat stávající stav účetní uzávěrky a závěrky ve společnosti XYZ, a.s. Součástí bakalářské práce je také soubor opatření a doporučení pro zlepšení současného stavu dané tématiky ve vybrané společnosti. |

Bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of the book closing and final accounts in the com-pany XYZ, a.s. The target of theoretical part is to give information about book closing and final accounts. Within the bounds of book closing are first described preparatory works leading to the detection comprehensive income and subsequently to closing books of ac-count. The chapter about final accounts is primarily focused on the description and mean-ing of the most important financial statements such as balance sheet, income statement, notes, statement of changes in equity and statement of cash flows. The aim of the practical part is to analyze current situation of the book closing and final accounts in company XYZ, a.s. Part of the Bachelor thesis are also set of measures and recommendations to improve the current situation of subject matter in the selected company. |
