dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá hospodářskou situací obcí Slavkov a Korytná v letech 2010 - 2012. Teoretická část objasňuje základní pojmy, které se vztahují k obci a správě obecního majetku. Stěžejní kapitolou teoretické části je finanční systém územní samosprávy, na kterou navazuje praktická část, v níž je proveden rozbor hospodaření uvedených obcí za uplynulé tři roky. Cílem práce je analýza hospodaření obou obcí v uvedených letech, včetně zhodnocení vybraných ukazatelů dluhového zatížení, a dále navržení opatření, které by přispěly ke zlepšení hospodaření.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor's thesis deals with the economic situation of the villages Slavkov and Korytná in theyears 2010 - 2012. The theoretical part explains the basic concepts that apply to the municipality and administration of municipal property. The central chapter of the theoretical part is the financial system of local government, followed by the practical part, which is an analysis of the management of those villages for the past three years. The aim is to analyze the management of both villages in those years, including evaluation of selected indicators of debt burden and propose measures would improve the economy.	en
