V diplomové práci "Návrh projektu implementace controllingu a jeho informační podpory ve společnosti TOMA, a.s." jsem vycházel z aktuální situace a požadavků managementu, které odráží potřebu změny a nastavení systému řízení, dále pak kontroly činností firmy v současných tržních podmínkách. Práce je koncipována do třech částí, tj. teoretickou, analytickou a projektovou. V teoretické části jsem analyzoval literární prameny a definoval význam zásadních pojmů. V praktické části je představena společnost TOMA, a.s. se sídlem v Otrokovicích. Hlavní částí analýzy je objasnění současné situace stavu řízení ve společnosti a informační systém. Pro rozbor jsem použil tyto nástroje: SWOT analýza, Porterův model 5-ti konkurenčních sil, analýza interních předpokladů a současného stavu pro zavedení controllingu do společnosti zahrnující analýzu řízení a plánování, a analýzu povědomí o činnostech a uplatnění controllingu ve společnosti. Na základě výsledků výše uvedených analýz jsem stanovil východiska pro projekt. V projektové části je samotný návrh konkrétního řešení odstranění nedostatků. Výsledkem projektu je návrh implementace controllingu do společnosti včetně pohledu na informační zabezpečení a tok dat napříč organizační strukturou potřebných pro controlling. Jedná se o správné začlenění a definování kompetencí controllingového odboru do organizačního schématu společnosti, stanovení úkolů controllera, jeho pravomocí a odpovědnosti a kalkulaci nákladů na zavedení controllingu. V závěru diplomové práce nechybí strukturní plán projektových činností, časový harmonogram a možná rizika projektu. |

The main aim of my diploma thesis is "The project scheme of controlling implementation and its information support in TOMA, a.s." . I drew from the experience of management and the actual situation which reflect the need of change and regulation of the management system, monitoring of the company activities in actual market conditions. The project is structured into three parts: theoretical, practical and the main project. In the theoretical part, I analyzed the literary sources and defined main ideas and their meanings. In analytical section, I introduce the TOMA company, located in Otrokovice, Czech Republic. The main part of the analytical section describes the current situation of the management system in the copany and the information system. I used these methods of analysis: The SWOT Analysis, The Porter Analysis, The Analysis of Internal Assumptions for Controlling Implementation to the company including The Managing&Planning Analysis and The Analysis of Awareness about Controlling Activities and Aplyability of Controlling to The Company. On the basis of results from all of these analyses I determined basis of the project. The main project part suggests specific solutions to solve all problems and make debugging. The project results in the suggestion of the controlling implementation to the company, including the information support and the flow of data needed for controlling through the organization chart. It further describes the incorporation of the controlling department to the company's organization structure, defines its competence, determines the tasks for the controllers, their competences and responsibilities and specifies the implementation costs. At the end of the diploma thesis includes a structural plan of project activities, time schedule and possible risks of the project. |
