| Abstract: | Tomas Bata didn't know learning organization concept in his time period. None the less it can be found learning organization symbols in the enterprise of Tomas Bata. The main aim of this work is to present common symbols in Tomas Bata's and Senge's tuitions. In final part of this work it can be said that what Peter M. Senge nominated in nineties last century Tomas Bata realized seventy years sooner. |
