Pečovatelé o seniory jsou denně vystaveni stresové zátěži. Setkávají se s problémy stáří, nemocemi, smrtí a dalšími okolnostmi, které mohou výrazně ovlivnit nejen jejich práci, ale i soukromý život. Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá zdroji stresu a jejich zvládáním u pečovatelů o seniory. Teoretická část je zaměřena na oblast pečovatelství a stresu. Věnuji se zde především koncepci pečovatelství, vymezení a teorii stresu, zdrojům stresu tak jak jsou členěny obecně a zdrojům stresu při práci pečovatele, reakcím na stresor a copingem. Praktická část práce se věnuje výzkumu zdrojů stresu, tak jak je vnímají sami pečovatelé a užívaných technik, které jim pomáhají zvládat stres. |

Home-nurses caring for seniors are daily exposed to stress. They are meeting with aging problems, illnesses, death and other factors which could significantly influence not only their working but also their personal life. The subject of this Bachelor thesis is concerned with the sources of stress and its ways of coping in home-nurses caring for seniors. The aim of the theoretical part is a conception of the day care and stress. I have mainly attended to the conception of the day care, delimitation and theory of stress, the sources of stress in general and the sources of stress in home-nurses, reactions to stressors and coping with stress. The subject of the practical part of my thesis is concerned with a research how the home-nurses describe the sources of stress and what helps them cope with stress. |
