The origins of sports in Zlin and the Bata Sport Club 1924-1932

Abstract

Bakalářská práce mluví o počátcích sportu ve Zlíně, o místní tělovýchovné jednotě Sokol a o struktuře, organizaci, členské základně, hospodářské situaci Sportovního klubu Baťa a jeho vztahu k obuvnickému podniku Baťa. Je pojednáno i o jednotlivých odborech klubu, nejúspěšnějších zlínských sportovcích a výstavbě sportovních areálů. Práce popisuje období let 1898 až 1932.

This Bachelor thesis discusses the origins of sport in Zlin, a local sports club Sokol and the structure, organization, membership and the economic situation of Bata Sport Clu band its relation to the shoemaking company Bata. I tis also discussed the club, the most successeful athletes in Zlin and constructinon of sports facilities. The thesis describes the period 1986 to 1932.
