dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce pojednává o převodu daňové evidence na vedení účetnictví podnikatele XY. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části je charakterizována daňová evidence, vedení účetnictví, právní formy podnikání. Jsou zde také srovnány vybrané aspekty českého účetnictví a IFRS, GAAP. V praktické části je analyzována činnost podnikatele XY. Poté je uveden projekt převodu daňové evidence na účetnictví. Podnikatel zvažuje založení s. r. o., část je proto věnována této problematice. V poslední části je vyhodnocen projekt převodu daňové evidence na účetnictví a na základě výsledku hodnocení je zformulováno doporučení.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The thesis deals with the transfer from tax evidence to accounting of the entrepreneur XY. The work is divided into two parts theoretical and practical. In the theoretical part there is described tax evidence, accounting, the legal forms of business. There are also compared selected aspects of the Czech accounting and IFRS, GAAP. In the practical part firstly is described and analyzed the business of the entrepreneur XY. Second part is about the project of the transfer from tax evidence to accounting. Another part is about establishment s. r. o. because the entrepreneur is considering about it. In the last part, the project of the transfer from tax evidence to accounting is evaluated and on the basis of the outcome of the evaluation is formulated recommendation.
