dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce "Faktory životní spokojenosti obyvatel v domovech pro seniory" se zabývá zjištěním úrovně životní spokojenosti seniorů v domovech pro seniory, zjištěním faktorů, které mají na tuto životní spokojenost vliv a v neposlední řadě zjištěním, zda život v domově pro seniory přispívá k lepší kvalitě života seniorů. Diplomová práce je rozdělena do dvou celků - do teoretické a praktické části. V teoretické části jsou shrnuty teoretické poznatky týkající se stárnutí, stáří a seniorů, dále definování pojmu životní spokojenost, charakteristika domova pro seniory jako specifické formy péče o seniory a poslední kapitola teoretické části pojednává o standardech kvality sociálních služeb a jejich významu v kontextu životní spokojenosti obyvatel domovů pro seniory. V praktické části jsou pak do tabulek a grafů shrnuty výsledky dotazníkového šetření vypovídající o úrovni životní spokojenosti dotazovaných a o faktorech, které ji ovlivňují. Následuje ověření platnosti stanovených hypotéz a několik doporučení (tipů) na udržování a zvyšování životní spokojenosti obyvatel v domovech pro seniory.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The thesis "Factors of well-being and prosperity of residents in senior houses" traces the level of well-being of senior citizens in senior houses, maps the factors influencing such prosperity and, last but not least, concludes if the life in senior houses leads to a better quality of life of their residents. The paper is divided into two sections - the theoretical and practical one. The theoretical section summarises theoretical findings related to aging and the age of senior citizens; furthemore there are definitions of terms e.g. well-being and characteristics of senior houses as specific forms of senior people care. The last chapter of the theoretical part deals with standards of social service quality and their significance. The practical part presents graphs and charts of the results of questionnaires in terms of the level of well-being and prosperity of respondents as well as factors influencing them. This section is followed by the verification of validity of hypotheses offering several tips how to maintain and increase well-being and prosperity of senior house residents.
