dc.description.abstract	Práce je zaměřena na popis systému profesní přípravy v Celní správě ČR se zaměřením na úlohu motivace v této oblasti výkonu služby příslušníků Celní správy ČR a zejména při výcviku sebeobrany, taktiky a střelby. Teoretická část rovněž obsahuje stručnou historii Celní správy ČR a historii vzdělávání v tomto bezpečnostním sboru. Dále popis vývoje v oblasti výcviku celníků v sebeobraně, taktice a střelbě. Poslední je v teoretické části uveden přehled obecných a praktických motivačních teorii a jejich možné použití v edukaci celníků. Praktická část práce přináší výsledky výzkumu zaměřeného na získání dat potřebných k zodpovězení výzkumných otázek. Tyto otázky mají za cíl zjistit, co celníky motivuje ke službě, k aktivitě v profesním vzdělávání a jaký má jejich služba a vzdělávání vliv na jejich socializaci, jejich rodiny a soukromí.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The work is focused on describing the system of vocational training in the Customs Administration of the Czech Republic, focusing on the role of motivation in the area of service of members of the Customs Administration of the Czech Republic and especially in the training of self-defense tactics and shooting. The theoretical section also contains a brief history of the Customs Administration and the history of education in this security corps. Further description of the development in the field of training of customs officers in self-defense, tactics and shooting. The last is given in the theoretical part an overview of general and practical motivational theory and their possible application in the education of customs officers. The practical part of the thesis presents the results of research aimed at obtaining the data needed to answer the research questions. These questions are designed to find out what motivates the customs to service, the activity in professional education and what is their service and education affect their socialization, their families and their privacy.
