dc.description.abstract	Cíl: Hlavním cílem bakalářské práce bylo zjistit informovanost, využití a znalosti o alternativní medicíně u všeobecných sester a laické veřejnosti. Metodika: Byl sestaven nestandardizovaný dotazník. Dotazníkové šetření probíhalo u dvou skupin respondentů. První skupinu respondentů tvořila laická veřejnost, respondentů bylo 100. Druhou skupinou byly všeobecné sestry z KNTB a.s., kterých bylo 98. Průzkumné šetření probíhalo celkem dva měsíce prosinec 2013, leden 2014. Výsledky: Nebyly zjištěny významné rozdíly mezi skupinami respondentů a to ani v oblasti informovanosti, využití či znalostí. Většina respondentů (obou skupin) je o alternativní medicíně informována a také ji většina využila, přičemž respondenti uváděli pozitivní účinky. U všeobecných sester bylo zjištěno, že pouze malé procento tázaných využívá alternativní medicínu při své práci. Závěr: Výsledky průzkumu ukázaly, že alternativní medicína v práci všeobecné sestry je využívána pouze v malém procentu. Bylo by dobré, kdyby sestry byly tímto směrem vedeny, zejména k prospěchu pacienta se zaměřením na snížení počtu užívaných léků, zejména v pozdějším věku.

dc.description.abstract-translated	Objective: The main aim of the thesis was to determine the awareness, knowledge and the use of alternative medicine for nurses and general public. Methods: A standardized questionnaire was compiled . A questionnaire survey was conducted in two groups of respondents. The first group consisted of general public respondents, there were 100 respondents. The second group consisted of 98 nurses from KNTB a.s. Exploratory survey was carried out for a total of two months - December 2013, January 2014. Results: There were no significant differences between the groups - not even in the field of awareness, use or knowledge. Most respondents (from both groups) are informed about the alternative medicine and most of them applied it with positive effects. For nurses, it was found that only a small percentage of those who were questioned use the alternative medicine in their work. Conclusion: The results showed that alternative medicine in the work of nurses is used only in a small percentage. It would be good if the nurses were lead in this direction - for the benefit of the patient, with a focus on reducing the number of medication, especially for old patients.
