Cieľom diplomovej práce je navrhnúť projekt strategického rozvoja obce Ladce. Práca sa skladá z dvoch častí. V prvej teoretickej časti sú popísané obecné poznatky strategického plánovania a marke-tingu. V druhej praktickej časti som sa zameral na analytickú a projektovú časť . Analytic-ká časť obsahuje súčasný stav rozvoja obce, jej zhrnutie je prevedené v SWOT analýze. Na základe poznatkov z analytickej časti je navrhnutý projekt strategického rozvoja obce. |
