dc.description.abstract	Tématem bakalářské práce je " Kvalita života u pacientů s psoriázou ". Práce se skládá z teoretické a praktické části. Teoretická část popisuje anatomii a fyziologii kůže, definuje onemocnění a mechanismus vzniku psoriázy. Další část práce je věnována projevům, diagnostice, terapii a možným komplikacím onemocnění. V závěru práce je charakterizována ošetřovatelská péče a kvalita života u pacientů s psoriázou. Praktická část zjišťuje pomocí dotazníkového šetření kvalitu života u pacientů s psoriázou. Součástí je zpracování a vyhodnocení zjištěných dat pomocí tabulek a grafů s uvedenými slovními komentáři.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The topic of the bachelor thesis is the "Quality of life in patients with psoriasis." The work consists of theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part describes the anatomy and physiology of the skin, defines the disease and the mechanism of psoriasis emergence. Another thesis part is devoted to symptoms, diagnostics, therapy and possible complications of the disease. In the conclusion the nurs-ing care and quality of life in patients with psoriasis is characterized. The practical part determines by means of a questionnaire survey the quality of life in pa-tients with psoriasis. It comprises the elaboration and evaluation of the data found using charts and graphs with stated verbal comments.
