dc.description.abstract	Hodnotová orientace sester a její vývoj vlivem praxe V mé bakalářské práci "Hodnotová orientace sester a její vývoj vlivem praxe" se zabývám vývojem hodnotové orientace všeobecných sester po odpracování 10 let ve zdravotnictví. Teoretická část obsahuje historické údaje, které napomáhají pochopit situaci sester v trojsměnném provozu. Popisuje úskalí profese, vymezuje role a funkce sester a naznačuje jejich hodnotový systém. Praktická část referuje o výzkumném šetření, které bylo realizováno metodou polostrukturovaného rozhovoru. Analýza byla provedena otevřeným kódováním. Kvalitativní výzkum zjišťuje, jaký vliv má praxe všeobecných sester na jejich hodnotový systém, a zda a do jaké míry, se pak tento systém odráží v soukromí a v praxi.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The Valve Orientation of Nurses and its Development Due to The Practice My bachelor project "Value Orientation of Nurses and its Development Influenced by Experience" is focused on the value orientation of general nurses after 10 years of medical career. The theoretical part contains historical data which help to understand the situation of nurses in three-shift system. Apart from it describen pitfalls of the profession and it also specifies functions of nurses and indicates their value system. The practical part reports on the suvey which was conveyed through semi-structured interview. The analysis was done via open coding. The quality-oriented survey determines the influence of the experience of general nurses on their value system and whether, and to what extent, this system is reflec-ted in their privacy and work.
