Bakalářská práce se zabývá základním problémem řízení zásob. Snahou je navrhnout opatření ke zdokonalení řízení zásob ve strojírenském podniku MAGNETON a.s., Kroměříž. Cílem teoretické části je shrnout poznatky z literatury, týkající se členění zásob, jejich funkce, oceňování zásob, optimalizace až po popis moderních přístupů k řízení zásob. V analytické části je popsána společnost Magneton a útvar nákupu. Také jsou zde přehledy ukazatelů, jako je obrátka zásob a doba obratu. Následně jsem se zaměřila na hodnocení dodavatelů, cenové rozdíly a reklamace. V závěru bakalářské práce jsou nastíněny návrhy možných opatření na zdokonalení řízení zásob. |

This Thesis solve the main problem of managing stocks. The task is to suggest arrangement for better managing stocks in machine-industries company MAGNETON a.s. Kromeriz. The main objective of the theoretic part is to summarize the facts from the literature with refer to structuring of reserves, evaluation of reserves, optimalization and description of the modern ways how to managing stocks. In the analytic part is described Magneton company and section of buying. There are also mentioned some ratios e. g. stock turnover and time of turnover. Sequentially I targeted the vendor rating, price differences and reclamation. In the last part of my Thesis are designed suggestions of measures to improve managing stocks. |
