Tématem diplomové práce je Projekt optimalizace nákladů ve firmě XYLAB, a.s. Teoretická část je souborem teoretických poznatků o metodice řízení nákladů. Budou zde definovány jednotlivé druhy členění nákladů, popsány základní i specifické typy kalkulací, které bývají v podnikové praxi používány a objasněny základní pojmy, související s danou problematikou. V praktické části bude charakterizována firma XYLAB, a.s., popsáno její postavení na trhu a organizační struktura. Bude provedena klasifikace současných nákladů firmy, horizontální analýza nákladů a celkové zhodnocení současného stavu řízení nákladů. Pro přiblížení celkové problematiky řízení zdravotnického zařízení bude popsán způsob financování, provedena analýza výnosů a analýza celkových hospodářských výsledků. Projektová část je metodickým návrhem kalkulačních metod pro zhodnocení hospodaření jednotlivých nákladových středisek. Na základě těchto kalkulací jsou navrhnuta projektová opatření, vedoucí k optimalizaci nákladů firmy. |

The topic of this thesis is The project of optimization of costs in XYLAB, a.s. The theoretical part is a summary of findings in methodology of costs management. It defines particular types of costs division. It also describes both basic and specific types of calculations which find their use in business practice. Basic terms connected to this field are also explained. The practical part of this thesis characterizes the company XYLAB, a.s., it depicts its position in market and its organizational structure. Current costs are classified, horizontal analysis of costs and analysis of current state of costs management is carried out. The financing method is described and both revenue and net income are analysed in order to shed light on the issue of management of medical company.The project part shows utilization of calculation methods which can be used to evaluate economic activities of particular cost centers. A project alteration which leads to optimization of costs is proposed based on the outcome of before mentioned calculations. |
