Rozvíjet komunikační schopnosti a dovednosti je nezbytnou potřebou pro děti trpící poru-chou autistického spektra, které často nerozumí sdělení jiných osob. Chybějící možnost vyjádřit své sdělení, potřeby a přání v nich vyvolává pocity nejistoty, strachu a úzkosti, které vedou k nepřiměřeným reakcím, agresivnímu jednání nebo autoagresi. Výzkum uve-dený v této práci řeší tyto problémy v komunikaci. Teoretická část diplomové práce definu-je autismus a další základní pojmy vztahující se k tematice komunikace dětí s poruchami autistického spektra. Praktická část diplomové práce, jejíž cílem je poukázat na důležitost přípravy komunikačních dovedností dětí s PAS, je zaměřena na konkrétní řešení rozvoje komunikačních dovedností u tří dětí s PAS už v přípravném stupni speciální školy s využitím strukturovaného učení, alternativní a augmentativní komunikace. |

Developing communication skills is an essential need in children with autistic spectrum disorders (ASD) who often do not understand information conveyed by other people. The inability to communicate properly, express their needs and wishes induces feelings of inse-curity, fear and anxiety, which leads to disproportionate reactions, aggressive behaviour or self-harm. The research presented in this diploma thesis deals with these problems in communication. The general introductory part of the thesis defines autism and other vital terms relating to the area of communication problems of children with autistic spectrum disorders. The empirical part of the presented thesis, whose aim is to highlight the impor-tance of preparing communication skills in ASD children, focuses on actual development of communication skills in three ASD children in the preparatory class of a specialized school, while using structured teaching, alternative and augmentative communication. |
