dc.description.abstract	Tato diplomová práce se zabývá přínosem asistenta pedagoga v integračním procesu dítěte v běžné mateřské škole. Teoretická část je zaměřena na charakteristiku funkce asistenta pedagoga, jako je náplň práce, legislativní ukotvení funkce, předpoklady k výkonu funkce či na úskalí, se kterými se může asistent pedagoga ve své práci setkat. Další kapitola po-jednává o edukaci dětí se speciálními vzdělávacími potřebami, procesu integrace a edukací konkrétních handicapovaných skupin dětí v mateřské škole. Praktická část je zaměřena na charakteristiku významu a přínos funkce asistenta pedagoga v integračním procesu dítěte v mateřské škole v rámci kvalitativního výzkumu.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This dissertation deals with benefit a pedagogical assistant in the integration process of the child in regular kindergarten. The theoretical part focuses on the characteristics of the pedagogical assistant, as is the job description, the legislative definition of function, an ability to function or performance of the pitfalls which may pedagogical assistant in their work experience. The next chapter is about the education of children with special educational needs, the process of integration and education of specific groups of disabled children in kindergarten. The practical part is focused on the characteristics of the importance and benefit of pedagogical assistant in the integration process of a child in a kindergarten in qualitative research.
