Tato bakalářská práce poukazuje na důležitost mezilidským vztahů prostřednictvím vzájemné komunikace jak ve společnostech, podnicích, tak v soukromém životě. Popisuje v několika kapitolách způsob jejího obohacování, správného nasměrování nebo čeho se můžeme vyvarovat například nepřiměřeným chováním. Seznámíme se zde s důležitostí komunikace v každodenním životě. V rodině je důležitá komunikace rodičů s dětmi již od útlého věku pro rozvíjení vzájemného vztahu, který má vliv na rozvíjejí osobnosti dítěte. V pedagogické praxi je hlavní vzdělávání žáků prostřednictvím učitele, který si získává respekt a autoritu svým vystupováním. V zaměstnání ukazuje na jednání s nadřízenými a naopak vedení podniku se svými zaměstnanci, což vede k efektivnosti práce. |

This seminar paper points out to the importance of interpersonal relationships by the means of mutual communication within the society and business as well as in private life. It describes in a few chapters the manner of its enrichment, right directions or what can we avoid by for instance inappropriate behavior. We will acquaint here with the importance of communication in everyday life. The communication within family between parents and children since tender age is important for the development of mutual relationship that influences the development of child's personality. In pedagogical practice, the most important is the education of students by teachers who have gained respect and authority with their behavior. In work, this can be seen by how employees deal with their employers, or conversely how employers deal with their employees, which leads to effectiveness at work. |
