dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá hodnotovou orientací současné mládeže a klade si za cíl poznat současný stav této problematiky a následně jej komparovat s výzkumem doc. Saka z roku 2002. Teoretická část definuje základní pojmosloví - hodnoty, hodnotová orientace, funkce hodnot a jejich klasifikace, faktory, které působí na formování hodnotové orientace a charakterizuje adolescenci. Praktická část zkoumá hodnotovou orientaci současné mládeže ve věku 15-18 let ve Zlínském kraji. Výzkum je pojat jako kvantitativní a využívá dotazníkového šetření doc. Saka, konkrétně hierarchii hodnot a metodiku párových hodnot.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor thesis deals with the value orientation in today´s youth and its target is to first investigate the current status of this issue and subsequently compare it to the survey doc. Sak from the year 2002. The theoretical part describes basic terminology - values, value orientation, the function of values and their categorization, factors which influence the formation of the value orientation and characterizes adolescence. The practical part studies the value orientation in today´s youth between 15 to 18 years of age in Zlin region. The survey is conceived as quantitative and employs questionnaire statistics from doc. Sak, particularly scale of values and methodology of pair values.
