dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce je zaměřena na vybalancování linek pro vybrané pohony ve společnosti XY. Obsahem teoretické části je popis pojmů průmyslového inženýrství, štíhlé výroby, balancování linek a ergonomie práce. Tyto poznatky jsou dále využity v následujících částech zpracované práce. Analytická část je věnována představení společnosti, popisu obecných východisek, analýze současného stavu včetně jejího vyhodnocení a návrhu na zlepšení. Projektová část zahrnuje realizaci konkrétních návrhů pro zlepšení současného stavu.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The thesis is focused on balancing lines for the selected drives in the company XY. The theoretical part is a description of the concepts of industrial engineering, lean manufacturing, line balancing and ergonomics. These findings are further used in the following sections of this work processed. The analytical part is devoted to the presentation of the company, a description of the general starting points, including analysis of the current state of evaluation and suggestions for improvement. The project includes the implementation of specific proposals to improve the current situation.
