Obsahem této diplomové práce je hodnocení a výběr dodavatelů ve společnosti Auto Kelly, a.s., který je zaměřený na sortiment BHS. Diplomová práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou, kde jsou za pomoci odborné literatury popsány teoretická východiska, které jsou shrnuty a jsou východiskem pro praktickou část. Ta se skládá z charakteristiky společnosti, popisu reklamací dodavateli, systematiky hodnocení dodavatelů, proces výběru dodavatelů a zavedení nového podpůrného nástroje pro hodnocení dodavatelů. V závěru práce jsou posouzeny přínosy hodnocení dodavatelů. |
