dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zabývá transformací sociální práce na obecních úřadech po sociální reformě 2012. V teoretické části definuje pojem sociální práce, uvádí cílové skupiny, vymezuje kompetence sociálního pracovníka a etiku sociální práce. Zabývá se sociální politikou, jejími principy a cíly. Provází jednotlivými sociálními reformami od roku 1989 včetně změn po sociální reformě 2012. Praktická část bakalářské práce zjišťuje, jakým způsobem probíhá a vyvíjí sociální práce na obecních úřadech po sociální reformě 2012, kdy byla výplata dávek pomoci v hmotné nouzi převedena na kontaktní pracoviště Úřadu práce ČR. V souvislosti s tím zkoumá výhody a nevýhody sociální práce na obcích.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor thesis deals with the transformation of social work at municipal authorities after the 2012 social reform. The theoretical part of the thesis defines the term social work and target groups; it also defines the purview of a social worker and the ethical code of the work. The part speaks about social policy, its principles and its purpose. Starting in the year 1989, it shows each social reform, including the changes after the 2012 social reform. The practical part looks into the way how the social work at municipal authorities has been running and developing since the social reform in 2012 when the payment of social benefits in poverty was transferred to offices of the Labour Office of the Czech Republic. In connection with this, the practical part looks into the pros and cons of the social work at municipal authorities.
