Sociální služby prošly za dobu své existence velkým rozvojem a v současné době jsou prezentovány v souvislosti s transformací a deinstitucionalizací pobytových služeb. V teoretické části této bakalářské práce jsou na základě odborné literatury analyzována tato témata - legislativní zakotvení sociálních služeb v České republice, transformace pobytových sociálních služeb a na závěr se práce zaměřuje na již transformované zařízení, které nabízí chráněné bydlení jako novou sociální službu. Empirická část bakalářské práce zpracovává kvantitativní výzkum, který se zabývá integrací osob s mentálním postižením z chráněného bydlení. Cílem výzkumu je zjistit, co překáží majoritní společnosti při integraci osob s mentálním postižením. |

Social Services have gone through a major development during their existence and at present time they are presented in connection with the transformation and deinstitutionalization of residential services. In the theoretical part of this Bachelor thesis the following matters are being analysed based on specialized expert literature a legislative stipulation of Social Services in the Czech Republic, a transformation of Residential Social Services and the final part of the work is focusing on already transformed facilities which offer protected housing as a new social service. The empirical part of the Bachelor thesis evaluates quantitative research which is dealing with the integration of people with mental disabilities from protected housing. The aim of the research is to find out what the obstructions are for the majority society in the process of integration of people with mental disabilities. |
