dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem etiky v práci nelékařského zdravotnického pracovníka zejména v souvislosti s právy pacientů a se srozumitelnou edukací pacienta během hospitalizace. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části, teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části mé práce popisuji etiku, morálku a péči o pacienta z historického hlediska obecně, ale zejména v souvislosti s ošetřovatelskou prací v současném zdravotnictví. Dále se práce zabývá legislativou etiky práce ve zdravotnictví, právy pacientů a edukací pacienta během hospitalizace, tedy podáváním informací pacientům včetně zpětné vazby ze strany pacientů. Rovněž zkoumá připravenost zdravotníků informace pacientům srozumitelně podat. Praktická část znázorňuje vyhodnocení dvou typů dotazníků sestavených na dané téma. Dotazníky srovnávají názory respondentů z celku pacientů a z celku zdravotnických pracovníků.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor thesis deals with ethical issues at work of paramedical staff especially in relation to the rights of patients and comprehensible educating of the patient during hospitalization. The work is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. In the theoretical part of the thesis I describe the ethics, morality and patient care from a historical perspective in general, but especially in the context of nursing work in the current health care system. Furthermore, the work deals with the legislation of work ethics in health care, patients' rights and educating of the patient during hospitalization, thus giving information to patients, including feedback from patients. It also examines the preparedness of medical staff for giving information to patients clearly. The practical section shows the evaluation of two types of questionnaires compiled on the subject. The questionnaires compare the views of respondents of two groups - patients and medical staff.
