dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zabývá významem sociálního klimatu ve fungující organizaci, jeho vlivem na výkon a spokojenost zaměstnanců a vlivem dalších faktorů a vztahů na sociální klima organizace. V této práci analyzuji jednotlivé motivační činitele a faktory jejich vlivu na zaměstnance. V praktické části se tyto motivační faktory následně podrobují analýze ve formě výzkumu, ze kterého jsou sbírána data a ty následně vyhodnocena formou obecného obsahu ve vlivu motivace na sociální klima podniku.

dc.description.abstract-translated	Bachelor thesis deals with the importance of the social climate in the operating organization, impact it's mainly on performance and employees satisfaction also with the influence of other factors and social climate relationships of organization. In this work I'm analizing significant motivation factors and their impact on employees. In the practical part are these motivational factors subsequently subjected to analysis by research aplication , which data are collected and subsequently evaluated by the form of general content in the effect of motivation on the social climate of company .
