dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou procesu adaptace pracovníků ve společnosti HELLA AUTOTECHNIK NOVA, s. r. o. Cílem teoretické části bakalářské práce je průzkum literárních pramenů a zpracování teoretických poznatků zaměřených na výběr a adaptaci pracovníků. Praktická část je zaměřena na analýzu adaptačního procesu a zhodnocení výsledků. V rámci analýzy je využito podnikových materiálů, pilotního dotazníku, dotazníkového šetření a osobních rozhovorů s personalistkou. Dále je využito rozhovorů se zaměstnanci společnosti. Součástí bakalářské práce jsou doporučení ke zlepšení současného procesu adaptace.

dc.description.abstract-translated	Bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of the process of adaptation of employees in the Company HELLA AUTOTECHNIN NOVA, s. r. o. The theoretical part of the Bachelor thesis is exploration literature sources and to prepare a theoretical knowledge focused on selection and the adaptation of employees. Practical part is focused on analysis of the adap-tation proces and evaluate results. In the framework of analysis is used by business materi-als, pilot survey, survey and personal interview with personnel clerk. Also is used by inter-view with employees of company. Part of the Bachelor thesis are recommendations to im-prove the current proces of adaptation.
