dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce nazvaná "Komunikace v krizových situacích" se zabývá problematikou krizové komunikace jednotlivých složek Integrovaného záchranného systému. Teoretická část je zaměřena na pojmosloví, typologii krizových situací, taktické řízení a řešení krizových událostí, popis a charakteristiku jednotlivých složek IZS, zaměřenou převážně na úlohu a roli Policie České republiky v tomto systému. Praktická část je zacílena na praktické zkušenosti v řízení krizových situací z pohledu operačních důstojníků integrovaného operačního střediska Policie ČR JmK Brno.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor thesis entitled "Communication in Crisis Situations" deals with the issue of crisis communication of individual components of the Integrated Rescue System. The theoretical part focuses on terminology, typology of crisis situations, tactical management and resolution of crisis events, description and characteristics of IRS focused mainly on the role and purpose of the Police of the Czech Republic in this system. The practical part aims at the practical experiences in the handling of crisis situations from the perspective of operational officers of the Integrated Operations Centre of the Police of the Czech Republic JmK Brno.
