Tématem bakalářské práce je Sociálně patologické jednání managementu v rámci Policie České republiky. Důraz je kladen na motivaci policistů a některé projevy, které nežádoucím způsobem působí na jejich činnost i na veřejnost, což vede následně k demotivaci policistů a k nedůvěře veřejnosti v policii. Pozornost je věnována nedostatkům souvisejícím s jejich platovým ohodnocením, kariérním postupem, prací přesčas a péči o ně. Cílem práce je zhodnotit problémy s motivací policistů ze strany policejního managementu, pokusit se najít řešení a doporučení pro praxi. |

The theme of the bachelor´s thesis is Socially pathological behaviour of the management within the framework of Czech republic´s Police. The emphasize is the motivation of police officers and some expressions that have undesirable effect on their actictivy, even on public, which caused subsequently demotivation of the police officers and the scepticism of the public into the police. The attention is given to the defects connected with their salary valuation, progress in career, overtime and care about them. The aim of the thesis is to evaluate motivation problems of the police officers from the part of the police management, try to find solution and references for practise. |
