dc.description.abstract	Hlavním cílem bakalářské práce bylo zmapovat úroveň a míru (dimenzi) dodržování etiky krizového řízení. Dalším cílem bylo zjistit, mají-li firmy a úřady zavedený řídící dokument etického chování během krizové situace. V rámci výzkumného šetření s využitím strukturovaného rozhovoru s otevřenými otázkami vybraným pěti respondentům z řad firem a úřadů bylo shledáno, že dodržování etiky přestože je chápáno jako nutná součást společenského jednání, tak v praxi je patrná její značná absence i chybějící etický kodex krizového řízení.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The main aim of this thesis was to explore the level and rate (dimension) of conforming the ethics of crisis management. Another aim was to find out if companies have established the main governing document of ethical behavior during a crisis situation. As part of the research using structured interview with open questions selected from among five respondents from companies and authorities, it was found that in compliance with ethics, even though it is seen as a necessary part social conduct and practice, the substantial absence is evident and the lack of a code of ethics crisis management.
