dc.description.abstract	Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na problematiku drog, která je v dnešní době velice ožehavým problémem v celé společnosti. V této práci je analyzován problém výskytu a užívání omamných a psychotropních látek na pracovišti. Především z pohledu vysoké míry rizika pro zaměstnavatele. Jsou popsány způsoby testování zaměstnanců v souladu s našimi zákony. Nedílnou součástí tohoto je rozdělení všech těchto látek podle účinků na lidský organismus a jejich původu. V práci jsou vysvětleny způsoby prevence výskytu drog na pracovišti a jejich následná rizika.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This dissertation is focused on drug problems which nowadays belongs among the top topics of the whole society. The problem of occurrence and usage of intoxicating and psychotropic substance in the workplace has being primary analysed in this thesis as a point of view of the employer high risk. The methods of employees testing are in accordance with our law. Inseparable part of the whole matter is the division of the substances by their effect on the human organism and their origin. The methods of prophylaxis of drug occurrence in the workplace and its subsequent risks are described in the dissertation.
