dc.description.abstract	Cílem diplomové práce je najít nejvhodnější variantu financování požadovaného investičního záměru společnosti XY. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části, a to teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část je zaměřená na vysvětlení nejdůležitějších pojmů týkajících se oblasti podnikových financí a investic. V praktické části je představena společnost XY včetně posouzení jejího finančního zdraví pomocí vybraných ukazatelů kvantitativní analýzy. Následuje charakteristika investičního záměru a její efektivní zhodnocení pro společnost XY. Závěr práce je určen pro nalezení nejvhodnější varianty financování navrženého investičního záměru.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The goal of this thesis is to find the most suitable alternative financing the investment project of the company XY. The work is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part explains the most important terms relating to corporate finance and investment. In the practical part the company XY is presented including its financial health by selected indicators of the quantitative analysis. Description of the investment plan and its effective evaluation for the company XY follows. Finally, the thesis is focused to find the most suitable way of financing the investment project.
