dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou účetních výkazů a finanční analýzy. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí - části teoretické a praktické. Teoretická část obsahuje charakteristiku účetních výkazů, jejich vzájemnou provázanost, mezinárodní standard IFRS a popis základních metod finanční analýzy. V praktické části je ve zkratce představena analyzovaná společnost a následně je provedena finanční analýza a to za použití metod popsaných v teoretické části. Závěr bakalářské práce je věnován zhodnocení finanční situace společnosti, finančnímu vývoji firmy v letech 2011 2013 a návrhům a doporučení pro zlepšení současného stavu.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor thesis deals with the financial statements and financial analysis. The work is divided into two parts - theoretical and practical. The theoretical part contains the characteristics of financial statements, their interdependence, international standard IFRS and description of basic methods of financial analysis. In the practical part is introduced analysed company and financial analysis is performed on methods which were described in theoretical part. The conclusion of this work is devoted to the evaluation of the company's financial position, financial development of the company in the years 2011 - 2013 and suggestions and recommendations to improve the current situation.
