dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zabývá posouzením hospodaření obce Vlachovice v letech 20112013. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí, části teoretické a části praktické. Teoretická část na základě literární rešerše objasňuje pojmy související s veřejnou správou a jejím hospodařením. Dále je popsána finanční analýza. Praktická část nejprve charakterizuje obec Vlachovice. Poté jsou zkoumány příjmy a výdaje obce a za pomocí vybraných ukazatelů je zpracována jednoduchá finanční analýza. V této částí je také popisován projekt obce a jeho financování. Závěr praktické části navrhuje opatření ke zlepšení hospodaření obce.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor thesis deals with the appraisal of financial management of Vlachovice municipality during years 20112013. The thesis is divided into two parts, the theoretical part and the practical part. The theoretical part which is based on literary research clarifies concepts associated with public administration and with its financial management. The financial analysis is described further. First, the practical part characterizes the municipality Vlachovice. The incomes and expenses of the municipality are examined then, and with the use of selected indicators is made a financial analysis. In this part is also approached a project created in the municipality and its financing. In the conclusion of the practical part there are suggested the possible recommendations for the improvent of the municipal financial management.
