dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na analýzu a následné zhodnocení hospodaření obce Zádveřice-Raková v letech 2011 - 2013. V první části je zachycena teorie dotýkající se této problematiky. Je zde charakterizován nejen veřejný sektor a jeho úloha v ekonomice, ale také obce a jejich funkce. V další kapitole se práce specializuje na hospodaření obcí a poslední část bakalářské práce je zaměřena na metody finanční analýzy. Praktická část je věnována charakteristice obce Zádveřice-Raková, především její historii, struktuře a spolupráci mezi okolními obcemi. V dalších kapitolách jsou provedeny analýzy aktiv, pasiv, příjmů a výdajů obce a jednotlivé ukazatele finanční analýzy. V závěrečné kapitole jsou navržena různá doporučení vedoucí ke zlepšení hospodaření obce.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor thesis is focused on analysis and consecutive evaluation of the management of municipality Zádveřice-Raková in the years 2011 - 2013. The first part captures theory which is touching this issue. There is characterized not only the public sector and its part in economy, but also municipalities and their functions. In next chapter, the thesis is specialized on management of municipalities and the last chapter of this part is focused on financial analysis methods. The practical part deals with the characteristic of the village Zádveřice-Raková including its history, structure and cooperation between surrounding villages. In next chapters, there are performed analysis of assets, liabilities, revenues and expenses of the village and individual indicators of financial analysis. In the last chapter, there are suggested various recommendation which are leading to improve management of the municipality.
