dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce bude zaměřena na podrobnou analýzu pohledávek a návrh optimalizace procesu jejich řízení ve společnosti COMINFO, a.s. Teoretická část práce bude věnována pohledávkám jako významné součásti oběžných aktiv firmy a jejich charakteristice. Budou uvedeny možnosti využití preventivních opatření proti nesplacení pohledávek, možnosti jejich zajištění a vymáhání. Podrobně budou popsány dostupné způsoby řízení pohledávek a poměrové ukazatele finanční analýzy vztahující se k pohledávkám. Praktická část mé bakalářské práce bude zaměřena na podrobnou analýzu pohledávek z obchodního styku ve společnosti COMINFO, a.s. za poslední tři uzavřená účetní období s využitím poměrových ukazatelů finanční analýzy. Bude provedena revize platné metodiky řízení pohledávek ve společnosti. Na základě zjištěných skutečností bude navrženo vlastní řešení systému řízení pohledávek.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor thesis will focus on a detailed analysis of receivables and design optimization of management process in COMINFO company. The theoretical part will describe receivables as an important part of current assets of the company and their characteristics. They include the possibility of using preventive measures against non-payment, the alternative of securing and debt-collecting. The options available to control debt ratios and the financial analysis related to the receivables will be described in details. The practical part of my thesis will focus on a detailed analysis of trade receivables at COMINFO company for the last three closed accounting periods using the ratios of a financial analysis. The current methodology of claims management in the company will be carried out and assessed. In accordance with the findings my own proposal of management receivables will be proposed.
