dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se bude zabývat posouzením ekonomiky obce Hošťálkové v letech 2011-2013. Její hospodaření bude hodnoceno formou finanční analýzy. Tato práce se bude skládat ze dvou částí. První teoretická část vysvětluje pojmy jako je veřejná správa, rozpočet obce, příjmy a výdaje obce, finanční analýza a její metody. Druhá praktická část bude charakterizovat obec Hošťálkovou, její popis, historii, demografickou stránku a kulturu. Dále bude zpracována finanční analýza. Na základě této analýzy se zhodnotí hospodaření obce dle daných výsledků. Závěr práce bude tvořen návrhy a opatřeními pro budoucí finanční situaci obce a její vývoj.

dc.description.abstract-translated	Bachelor thesis is focused on assessment of the economy of the village Hošťálková in 2011-2013. Its management is evaluated through financial analysis. This work consists of two parts. The first theoretical part explaints concepts such as public administration, municipal budget, revenues and expenditures of the municipality, financial analysis and its methods. The second practical part characterizes the community Hošťálková, its description, history, culture and the demographic page. The next is prepared the financial analysis. On the basis of this analysis to assess the management of the municipality according to the given results. The conclusion is made up of proposals and measures for the future financial situation of the municipality and its development.
