Bakalářská práce se věnuje problematice aktivizace seniorů v podmínkách ústavní péče. Teoretická část práce poskytuje vymezení pojmů stáří, ústavní péče, aktivizace seniorů, aktivizační pracovník. V praktické části je nejprve představen Domov pro seniory Černá Hora, ve kterém byl zpracován kvantitativní výzkum. Cílem tohoto výzkumu prostřednictvím dotazníku, je zjistit, zdali je aktivizace seniorů v Domově důchodců Černá Hora dostatečná z pohledu zaměstnanců domova.Zjištěné poznatky jsou následně vyhodnoceny a získané informace přináší několik podnětů ke zlepšení služeb. |

This bachelor thesis is devoted to the questions of mobilization of the senior citizens under the institutional care conditions. The theoretical part specifies concept of old age, institutional care, mobilization of senior citizens and mobilization worker. The practical part introduces the retirement home in Černá Hora where the quantitative analysis had been done. The quantitative research uses the method of questionnaire and its aim is to find out whether mobilization of senior citizens is satisfactory from the point of view of the staff. Several suggestions for services improvement are brought throw the analysis of the research results. |
