dc.description.abstract	Teoretické část bakalářské práce je věnována významu vzdělávání a jeho využití v podni-kové praxi. Čerpané informace jsou převzaty z odborných materiálů a následně sumarizo-vány pro porovnání s podnikovou praxí. Praktické část představuje společnost XY a uvádí kvantitativní i kvalitativní výzkum, který jsem provedl. Závěru práce přináší nalezené ne-dostatky a popisuje jejich možné budoucí řešení.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The theoretical part of the bachelor thesis focuses on the importance of education and its use in business practice. Drawn informations are absorbed from specialized materials and subsequently summarized for comparison with corporate practice. The practical part pre-sents XY company and provides both quantitative and qualitative research that I did. The conclusion of the bachelor thesis brings the deficiencies found and describes their possible future solutions.
